- Accumulator
- A single bet that links multiple selections; all must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap given to teams to level the playing field, eliminating the draw option.
- Back Bet
- A bet that an outcome will happen, the most common type of wager.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you have set aside for betting.
- Bet Builder
- A feature allowing you to combine multiple markets from a single event into one custom bet.
- Bonus
- Extra funds credited to your account, often subject to terms like wagering requirements.
- Cash Out
- The option to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Cashback
- A portion of your losses returned to you, usually as a bonus with wagering conditions.
- Deposit Bonus
- A bonus credited to your account based on your deposit amount, usually with wagering requirements.
- Free Bet
- A bet you can place without using your own money; any winnings are usually paid as bonus funds.
- In-Play
- Bets placed after an event has started, with odds that update as the action unfolds.
- Juice (Vig)
- The commission a bookmaker takes on a bet, built into the odds.
- KYC
- The process of verifying your identity to prevent fraud and comply with regulations.
- Lay Bet
- A bet that an outcome will not happen, typically used on betting exchanges.
- Odds
- The price that reflects how likely a particular outcome is and determines how much you can win.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a statistic such as total goals will be above or below a set number.
- Parlay
- A bet that combines several selections; all must win for a payout, offering higher odds.
- Payout
- The total money you receive when a bet wins, including your original stake and profit.
- Provably Fair
- A system that lets players verify that each game result is random and not manipulated.
- RTP
- The percentage of total bets a game returns to players over time; a higher RTP means better odds for the player.
- Self-Exclusion
- A tool that lets you block yourself from betting for a set period to help control gambling.
- Stake
- The amount of money you place on a bet.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability, giving an expected edge.
- Volatility
- How often and how much a game pays out; high volatility means bigger but rarer wins.
- Wagering Requirement
- The number of times you must bet a bonus before you can withdraw any winnings from it.
